UF/IFAS Extension will be hosting “How to Start a Food Business in Florida-Food Entrepreneurship workshop” in Gainesville and Immokalee, FL during the month of May.

Below is the registration link with agenda and other information for the Gainesville program scheduled for Friday May 13, 2016 at the Straughn IFAS Extension Professional Development Center. Early Bird Registration is $100 and ends on April 30th. After that date, the cost of attendance is $125.

If you are interested in developing your own product, or related ‘local’ food business. I highly recommend you attend this program. Both Drs. Keith Schneider and Renee Goodrich Schneider are excellent educators, I’ve worked with them several times on Farm Food Safety Programs.
