CareerSource Central Florida hosts two “paychecks for patriots” hiring events on November 10th

Florida will once again connect veterans with employers at two separate “Paychecks for Patriots” hiring events, both of which will take place on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 1:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Now in its third year, the annual “Paychecks for Patriots” event is sponsored by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) in conjunction with the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the Florida National Guard, and CareerSource Central Florida, along with private employers. Participating employers include: Lockheed Martin, SunTrust Bank, The Middlesex Corporation, Maxim Healthcare Services, Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, and Universal Orlando Resort. Over 50 businesses are anticipated to be in attendance between the two events. The hiring events will take place at the following locations and are open to veterans of the United States (active and retired military) and their families:
